One of the most highly credentialed female coaches in Canada, Nikki Carnovale has spent over a decade in high-performance tennis — as a national coach with Tennis Canada, a Coach Developer, and a coach at CourtSense Tennis Centers.
A former Canadian University National Champion who represented Canada in the Junior Billie Jean King Cup, she brings that experience to the clubs, coaches, and families she guides at GOTTA — helping every community start its journey with clarity.

Founder of the Segal Institute — the world’s first private research laboratory dedicated entirely to tennis development — and creator of the World Tennis Conference, Fernando Segal has spent more than four decades building tennis-development systems used by federations, academies, and coaches worldwide.
The author of 12 published books, he has directed national development programs for the federations of Argentina and Mexico. At GOTTA, Fernando leads the build-out of our educational resources and coaching curriculum and our outreach to partner organizations and federations.
